Foxy G-Maw Presents:

Peachy Glazed Pork Chops

1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 (12oz) jar peach or apricot preserves
1/2 cup water
8 pork chops
2 medium red or green peppers (sliced)

In a small bowl, combine soup mix, preserves and water. Put pork chops in 9x13 baking dish. cover with peppers. Top with soup mixture. Broil, "turning once" until pork chops are done.
